My Review:

At first glance, I was like please don't be another cheesy diet book but I was still willing to give it a try because the reviews on Amazon were amazing. Glad I did! Leyba doesn't just talk about how you can lose weight healthy - she talks about creating the life you love and want while doing so. I think a lot of people nearing the desperate times to figuring out how to lose weight have probably been through some serious yo-yo diets and have  probably been miserable through it. (I know I have!) 

Leyba isn't talking about eat this and that at X time of the day and BOOM you are going to be 20 lbs lighter. She's talking to you like you and her are having a glass of wine/champagne and she's just letting you in on a GOOD secret to life. That's enough to make you listen and to take the time to apply her tips to your life.
